Melis Pehlivantürk-Kızılkan is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Ankara. She is a doctoral student specializing in adolescent medicine at the Hacettepe University Institute of Child Health, Adolescent Health PhD Program. Her research interests include eating disorders, bone health, obesity, and internet gaming disorder. She is interested in reducing health inequities and she has served in various underserved regions of Turkey. She is passionate about advancing adolescent health education nationally and globally.
